The AeroGarden Farm, especially in larger sizes, comes packed with cutting-edge technology. Highlights include a user-friendly screen and a companion app offering reminders and tips. Smart germination feature tailors pump and light settings independently for different plant types, enhancing germination rates.
Smart Features:
Reminders and notifications keep users on track with tasks like dome removal, pollination, harvesting, etc. Vacation mode slows down plant growth to conserve resources when users are away.
Height Conundrum:
Addressing the challenge of the Farm’s height, I suggest that the Basic or Plus models might be sufficient for most users. I question the necessity of the additional height and dead space in the XL model since most plants grown will not grow tall enough for the added space.
Challenges Faced:
Now let’s candidly discuss plant issues, such as spots on tomato leaves and tip burn in lettuce. I attribute these issues partly to the strength of the liquid plant food provided by AeroGarden. Adjustments made by reducing the recommended dosage and introducing a calcium-magnesium supplement (Cal-Mag) significantly improved plant health.
Customer Service Experience:
I experienced an issue with the sunrise feature and was pleasantly surprised to have an quick and positive experience with their customer service. Quick response, effective troubleshooting guidance, and even an offer for replacement demonstrated the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

I have a lot of love for the product, especially it’s effectiveness and the abundance of produce it has yielded.
